POLI-FLEX PROMO is a matt, reflection-free PVC transfer film with a pleasant textile touch, coated with heat sealing adhesive to transfer onto garments. POLI-FLEX PROMO excels due to perfect wash and colour stability. POLI-FLEX PROMO is suitable for transfer to textiles such as cotton, polyester/cotton blends and polyester/acrylic and can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sports and leisure wear.

Processing
POLI-FLEX PROMO can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press.

The polyester liner should be removed warm. Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters.

Features
Washable at 60°C and suitable for dry-cleaning and tumble drying.

Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. In this case we recommend using POLI-FLEX NYLON.

Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX PROMO is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.

The soft, elastic carrier film offers a comfortable textile touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort. POLI-FLEX PROMO excels due to an excellent opacity.

POLI-FLEX PROMO is covered with a non-adhesive carrier, enabling the stacking of weeded decals. The non-adhesive polyester transfer film guarantees perfect cutting, even the smallest details can be weeded without any problem.
