POLI-FLEX FLOCK
POLI-FLOCK is a high-quality heat transfer rayon flock. The brilliance and texture are due to high fibre density. Excellent cutting and weeding properties. Even detailed logos and extremely small lettering are cuttable.

POLI-FLOCK can be used for lettering on clothes such as uniforms, sport & leisure wear as well as for textile design.

  POLI-FLOCK

Processing
POLI-FLOCK can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a flock knife (60°). After weeding the cut flock is transferred by heat press.

The polyester liner should be removed warm. Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters.

Features
POLI-FLOCK bonds well to cotton, cotton/polyester-mixtures, natural and synthetic cloths.

Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.

Washable at 40°C (only colour detergent) and suitable for dry-cleaning. Wash textiles inside out.

Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLOCK is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.

SUBLI-FLOCK 5901
Heat-sealable Polyesterflock (white), with excellent results with dye-sublimation transfer-printing. The printing results are with bright and vivid colours due to high fibre density.

SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905
SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 is a heat-sealable Viscose Flock which is suitable for direct printing with ECO-SOLVENT and SOLVENT inks. Due to the special fibre impregnation, the outcome is a photo realistic print with radiant colours. SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 has excellent cutting abilities and convinces due to excellent washing resistance.

SOLVENT-FLOCK PS 5910
SOLVENT-FLOCK PS 5910 is a self-adhesive Viscose Flock suitable for direct printing with ECO-SOLVENT and SOLVENT inks. Due to the special fibre impregnation, a photo realistic print resolution with radiant colours is achieved. SOLVENT-FLOCK PS 5910 can be used for a one-time textile advertising application and is removable residue-free afterwards. SOLVENT-FLOCK PS 5910 is not suitable for heat transfer.
