POLI-FLOCK PRIME is a high-quality heat transfer rayon flock, which convinces due to the velvety feel and its brilliance. POLI-FLOCK PRIME is based on ecologically harmless raw material and is free of PVC and plasticizer, in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
POLI-FLOCK PRIME has excellent cutting and high definition weeding properties and even if it is weeded rapidly, there is no tearing of the material. POLI-FLOCK PRIME can be used for lettering on clothes such as uniforms, sport & leisure wear as well as for advertising and textile design.

Processing
POLI-FLOCK PRIME can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a flock knife (60°). After weeding the cut flock is transferred by heat press. The polyester liner should be removed warm. Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters.
Features
POLI-FLOCK PRIME bonds well to cotton, cotton/polyester-mixtures, natural and synthetic cloths. Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer.
POLI-FLOCK PRIME has a high wash resistance of +90°C (use only colour and mild detergent) and is suitable for dry-cleaning. After washing the flock surface is not affected with adherent fibres/fluff.
Wash textiles inside out. Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLOCK PRIME is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.
SUBLI-FLOCK 5901
Heat-sealable Polyester flock (white, 500 µ) covered with a silicon paper with good flatness. Especially developed for sublimation print. It is also suitable for screen printing as well as direct printing with UV inks. Due to the fibre density, a photo-realistic print resolution with a semi-matt finish is achieved. The printed flock has an excellent washing durability and is resistant to yellowing.
SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905
Heat-sealable Viscose Flock (white, 500 µ) suitable for direct printing with Eco-solvent and solvent inks. Due to the special fiber impregnation, a photo-realistic print resolution with radiant colours is achieved. SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 has excellent cutting abilities and convinces due to excellent washing-resistance.
