The practical winder for short rolls
To convert on customer request original rolls of plotter, digital or textile transfer films in short rolls, is timeconsuming and expensive.
The POLI-ROLLER 640 is the problem solver. With the motorized winder, tailored log-rollers can be winded quickly and accurately to the desired length of roll. It can either roll the material to be wound with or without the use of a core.
The feed of the material is controlled by an electronic length measurement. The roll length, which is pre-selected in the display, is accurately wound up. The end of the lane will be automatically separated by a transverse cutter.
The winder is connected to a laser printer, which transfers the selected roll length on a label. The end of the roll is sealed with the printed label. The desired number of rolls to be wound can be selected with a maximum of 99 units.
The shafts are open on one side, so that a quick roll change is guaranteed.
The initial begin of the winding is fixed by a central expander.
Short rolls can be winded quickly, cleanly and professionally with the POLI-ROLLER 640.
