Model PT - 11
The PT-11 has been designed for most types of headwear.
The PT-11 features an easy to use microprocessor controller for time and temperature accuracy, with a simple locking device to secure the cap in place during the transfer operation.
The PT-11 has adjustable movement of the cap/mould base and is easy to use.
The PT-11 is produced of cast aluminium for strength and durability.
The PT-11 has a work area of 17 x 8 cm (6.5 x 3 ins).

Model PT - 14
Designed for the application of transfers to all types of headwear and small garments, the PT-14 features our renowned Digital controller for the accurate pre-selection of both time and temperature.
The position of the base plate is adjustable, to suit different styles of caps and garments.
The PT-14 combines 2 heads that can be interchanged in a matter of seconds via simple locating knob, with electrical connections on a plug-in lead. This design innovation greatly simplifies all aspects of head replacement.
The work area of the PT-14 is:
Cap pad - 14 x 8 cm (6 x 3.6’’)
Pocket pads - 13 x 10 cm (3.9 x 3.2’’)
or 8 x 6.5 cm (3 x 2.3’’)
The PT-14 is produced in two versions, nominally 230 Volts AC for the European market and nominally 110 Volts AC for the American market.

Model PT - 15
The PT-15 is a high quality technologically advanced low cost manual press, ideal for most users. The swing head operation gives a perfect view of the transfer and garment allowing accurate and easy application, along with safety of operation.
Fitted with our unique advanced computerised controller to accurately monitor both temperature and time.
Pressure adjustment is by a fingertip control knob making this machine ideal for light, medium and heavy pressure requirements.
The PT-15 is a manually operated heat press for transfer printing and material fusing.
The work area of the PT-15 is 38 x 50 cm (15 x 20’’) but machines may have, to special order, 5 optional smaller sized interchangeable worktables of different sizes and various shapes:

Model PT - 16
It is a the versatility of the PT-16 that makes this machine so popular.
The automatic release mechanism will ease the production flow for the customer with high volume, whilst the clam action design of the machine will appeal to customers with low to medium volume production too.
The machine has an easy to use microprocessor controller for time and temperature accuracy, together with the fingertip pressure control.

Having all the technological advances of our manual presses, the PT-20 has the additional feature of fingertip controlled air operation. Benefits include user comfort and ease of operation, while maintaining consistent pressure control, making it ideal for high volume production.
The PT-20 is a pneumatic operated heat press for transfer printing and material fusing. The press is ideal for high volume production with low operator fatigue.

Model PT - 21
The PT-21 has been specially designed for companies requiring a quality machine to give increased production levels.
The twin table operation enables the operator to load one table while the other is in transfer position.
Safety features control the use of the machine, both operating buttons have to be pressed simultaneously to lower the heat plate and it will not operate until the heat plate is correctly above the table.
Other benefits include user comfort and ease of operation, while maintaining consistent pressure control making it ideal for high volume production.
